Google Earth and Suitcases...

Okay, so I recently downloaded Google Earth. http://earth.google.com/ I am (like a crazy person) just moving the little hand around so I can see every inch of this planet. It's so fun to see everything from the Great Wall of China, to the Pyramids, to Stonehenge and beyond. I am not kidding myself either... I freely admit here and now that I am Google-earth-obsessed!!! I also found my next vacation destination! So, it's no Punta Cana, which I've never understood anyway, I wouldn't be caught dead in a place that hot, but it sounds so cool!!!! Heard Island and McDonald Islands are a volcanic group of barren islands located in the Southern Ocean, about two-thirds of the way from Madagascar to Antarctica, approximately 4099 km west of Perth. Discovered in the mid-19th century, they have been territories of Australia since 1947, and contain the only two active volcanoes in Australian territory, one of which, Mawson Peak, is the highest Australian mountain.
The group's overall size is 372 square kilometres (144 sq mi) in area, and it has 101.9 km of coastline. The islands are uninhabited. (Thank you Wikipedia)

AND, not to be weird about it but, the BEST PART?!?! See that last part? The part in red? Yeah...these islands are uninhabited! Perfect! Now all I need is Hans, my mute but strong-handed masseuse, a still so as I can make my own gin, and a few good books! Oh, I'll bring one of those impermiable, nothing's getting through it, winter ice huts with built in stove and decorated by the lovely folks at Anthropologie!

Oh, and by the way, there are penguins there in the summer!!!! (Yeah, you heard me!)

Alright, so the best part of this trip? I would just HAVE to buy new luggage... seeing as I haven't really got any right now.

Luggage I'd probably end up with:
